Non Conductive Hydraulic Hose – Gates TH8NC

Tube: 100% seamless Nylon – Type Z that easily handles a broad range of hydraulic fluids, including phosphate testers and water glycol.
Reinforcement: Polyester.
Cover: Orange Urethane resists hydraulic fluids, high temperatures, agin and weathering, TH8NC is non-perforated for applications requiring electrical non-conductivity. Meets SAE 100R8 Electrical Conductivity Test. Maximum leakage shall not exceed 50 microamperes when subjected to 75kV/Ft. for five minutes. (Orange is industry accepted colour for non-conductive hose).
Application: Low-permeation fuel injection line, including gasoline, ethanol blends, 100% methanol (no blends), diesel, biodiesel (all blends of SME, RME or PME)
Temperature: -54°C +93°C (-65°F to +200°F) continuous service for petroleum and synthetic oils. Maximum of +70°C (+158*F) for water, water/oil emulsions and water glycol.
