Extremely versatile and durable column protector
A robust heavy duty column cushion solution helps prevent damage to structural columns. The Heavy-Duty model is filled with high-density injectable expanding foam, dramatically enhancing impact absorption. The foam allows the cushion to return to its original shape after impact, providing superior protection for structural columns against collisions from forklifts, vehicles, or equipment.
Common uses for heavy-duty column cushion protection include general protection in:

- High-traffic pedestrian or vehicle zones with high risk of heavy material handling vehicle impact
Available in a range of standard sizes that fit most square or round columns. U.V. stabilised, chemical resistant and con-conductive.
Each unit comes in two halves that wrap around the column or post. Simply align the halves and secure them together using the heavy-duty Velcro straps provided. No tools or hardware are required. Once strapped in place, the Column Cushion stays firmly secured while still allowing easy removal for cleaning or repositioning if needed.
