Posts
Our Standard Posts are specifically designed to provide reliable structural support for panel doors and panel installations. Constructed from 75 x 75 x 2.5mm SHS (Square Hollow Section) steel, these posts offer exceptional strength and stability. To enhance durability and visibility, they come standard powder-coated in Safety Yellow, making them ideal for industrial and commercial environments. We stock two convenient height options—1.2m and 2.0m—to suit a variety of installation needs. Each post features a capped top, ensuring a clean and professional finish while preventing the accumulation of debris. For easy and secure mounting, the posts are punched and tapped with M6 mounting holes on all four sides (top and bottom), providing flexibility for various configurations.

Light Curtains
Our Light Curtain Posts are engineered for safety applications, providing robust structural support and precise alignment for light curtains used in hazard detection systems. Designed to accommodate various setups, these posts are available in both Left and Right configurations, ensuring flexibility for different installation requirements. Each post is constructed from a durable 125 x 125 x 4mm folded steel section, offering exceptional strength and stability. To enhance longevity and visibility in industrial environments, they come standard powder-coated in Safety Yellow.
We stock two height options—1.2m and 2.0m—to meet diverse safety needs. The posts feature a heavy-duty base plate with a 250mm x 250mm footprint, providing a secure foundation, while integrated jacking screws allow for easy levelling on uneven surfaces.
For specialised applications, we offer custom mirror posts, which include a built-in mirror to reflect the light beam, as well as twin light post configurations for enhanced coverage. Please note that installation fixings are not included.

Cantilever Panels
Cantilever Panels offer a sturdy and adjustable solution for closing off open spaces within an enclosure. They are standard powder-coated in Satin Black, providing both rust resistance and optimal visibility. Designed to be compatible with 1.2m and 2.0m Posts, these panels are measured post-center to post-center, with the actual width being Panel Description – 105mm. To accommodate uneven flooring, they feature slotted brackets allowing for up to 20mm of adjustment. Cantilever panels are available in standard widths ranging from 200mm to 800mm, making them a versatile choice for various safety enclosures.
Infill Panels
Infill Panels are specifically designed to enclose small gaps while allowing for easy modifications on-site. Like the cantilever panels, they are standard powder-coated in Satin Black for durability and a professional finish. Infill panels are measured as exact sizes, with the width determined from the post face, ensuring a precise fit. They are compatible with 2.0m Posts and feature a frameless design, allowing for effortless modifications to accommodate obstructions such as pipework. Available in widths from 50mm to 300mm, these panels provide a practical solution for maintaining safety while adapting to existing structures.
