Change of Mind Returns:
- Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
- Condition of Items: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Refund Details: Refunds will be issued minus the freight charges we’ve incurred.
- Customer’s Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to our location.
- NOTE: Gas struts are an exception to our policy where they have been filled with gas per your request/order.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Contact us within the 7-day return period by phoning 6272 8144 or emailing sales@brierleyhose.com.au
- Provide Details: Tell us about your order and your reason for return.
- RMA Number: You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number after we process the return.
- Secure Packaging: Package items to prevent damage during transit.
- Include RMA Number: Make sure the RMA number is visible on your return package.
Receiving Your Refund:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund, deducting the original freight charges.
Click and Collect Returns:
If you’ve used our Click and Collect option, the same return policy applies. Simply bring the item to one of our branches, following the above process.
